Test and removal equipment for optical smoke and thermal detectors. The TF-FDTR1 all-in-one test kit enables the functional testing of optical smoke, thermal, thermovelocimetric and multisensor detectors in accordance with current standards. The kit is equipped with a robust and extremely light modular drawn aluminum rod, extendable up to a maximum height of 3.6m. The end element with the removal head or the stimulation head can alternatively be mounted on top of the rod. The articulated removal head adapts to the circumference of most detectors, in case of special needs the supplied adapting accessories can be used. The stimulation head is powered by a rechargeable battery and is equipped with a power switch and a selection switch, which enables testing for optical sensors or thermal sensors. Stimulation is automatically activated by the proximity sensor as soon as the head approaches the ceiling. The function selected with the switches is indicated by the red and blue LED visible on the stimulation head.
