Testing equipment for optical smoke and heat detectors. The TF-FDT1 all-in-one test kit allows for functional testing of optical smoke, heat, rate-of-rise, and multi-sensor detectors in compliance with current standards. The kit features a robust and extremely lightweight modular pole, consisting of a stimulation head with battery module, three drawn aluminium extension modules, a terminal module with handle, and an extendable telescopic module with handle. The modular pole can reach a maximum height of 5.2m. The stimulation head, powered by the rechargeable battery module, is equipped with a switch to select the test mode for optical or heat detectors; a second switch activates the blow function, which can be used to clear smoke from the detection chamber after testing if necessary. Stimulation is automatically activated by the proximity sensor when the head approaches the ceiling. The function selected with the switches is indicated by red and blue signaling LEDs visible on the stimulation head.
