Test equipment for optical smoke and thermal detectors. The TF-FDT1 all-in-one test kit enables the functional testing of optical smoke detectors, thermal, thermovelocimetric and multisensor detectors in accordance with current standards. The kit is equipped with a robust and extremely light modular rod, consisting of a stimulation head with battery module, three drawn aluminum extension modules, an end module with handle and an extendable telescopic module with handle. The modular rod can reach a maximum height of 5.2m. The stimulation head powered by the rechargeable battery module is equipped with a switch with which the test mode for optical detectors or thermal detectors can be selected, a second switch activates the blow function, with which the detection chamber can be emptied of smoke introduced during testing if necessary. Stimulation is automatically activated by the proximity sensor as the head approaches the ceiling. The function selected with the switches is indicated by the red and blue LED visible on the stimulation head.
